Fees and Practical Information for
Counselling, EMDR and Online Therapy
I like to keep therapy fees clear and straightforward so you know exactly what to expect. Below you’ll find the costs for counselling and EMDR therapy sessions in Kirkby-in-Ashfield, serving Mansfield and the wider Nottinghamshire area, as well as online counselling and EMDR available UK-wide via Zoom. You’ll also find practical information about booking, availability and location. Whether online or face-to-face, fees remain the same.
Counselling Sessions
50 minutes £60 (single session)
75 minutes £90 (1½ session)
100 minutes £120 (double session)

Insurance
I’m registered with Bupa. If your policy has an excess, your insurer may ask you to pay this directly to me. I’ll provide a receipt for you to claim reimbursement where required. If you'd like to take a look, you can find my Bupa Profile here.
Making an Appointment
You can get in touch by phone, email, or through my contact form to arrange a free 15-minute consultation. If I’m with a client, please leave your name, a safe number and a short message, and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can. All correspondence is treated in the strictest confidence.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Some clients prefer a regular weekly slot, while others book more flexibly. We’ll arrange this in a way that suits you. Please note the full session fee is charged for missed or cancelled appointments with less than 48 hours’ notice.
Availability
Appointments are available Monday to Thursday, between 8am and 9pm.
Location and Parking
My practice is based at Kingsway Lodge Business Centre, Kirkby-in-Ashfield.
